The size 5 are coming a bit big I have asked if I order a size 4 if the 4 is a better fit am I OK to return the size 5 as this was a Xmas present she didn't try them on until boxing day Thank you for understanding

They're perfect. Exactly as pictured and a standard heel. I don't plan on dyeing them so I can't speak to that, but I'm happy them. I have a higher arch so I just need to pop in an insole and they'll be pretty comfortable too.
