What an amazing company. I sent an enquiry which was dealt with super fast, placed an order which was received the next day. The package was delivered perfectly protected and the products were simply the best. I found Lace and Favour on my many researches on Google. I was looking for a hair vine different from everything normally used and had to have white roses on it (my wedding theme). As I'm from Portugal I confess that I was a little bit scared to make the order. I place the order and started making some chat with th store. They said that it had to be made, as I wanted in a different color and it would take a little bit longer. So, my experience with the store was plenty good, they had a nice customer support. I ordered the piece with time enough to get it. I definitely recommend it. I'm so in love with my hair vine, just perfect, beautiful and unique.

Customer service team are excellent. No issue is exchanging for a small size. Having bad ankles I spent a lot of time looking into the right shoe for myself as I'd be wearing them for over 12 hours. They fitted perfectly, great support, felt safe in the that I wasn't going to fall. The hidden platform in the COCO shoe gave me the height without the pain. Brilliant quality of shoe and look even more clean and excellent in person.
