The item is very nice and elegant and comes with a nice looking box. However, I wasn’t aware that there will be additional customs charges when I ordered the item. It would’ve been nice to have that knowledge beforehand as the item was not really cheap to begin with. I believe during the package handling one leaf of the tiara has fallen. It arrived like that. So inside the box perhaps a more softer cushion could be put to avoid such problems in the future. Overall, pleased with the product.
