From Diane Hassall shoe clips and charms to elegant and sophisticated floral inspired heel embellishments by Harriet Wilde, our bespoke services are on hand to help you customize your chosen shoe style in a way that suits your personality down to the ground!

If you are looking to order 3 or more bridesmaid dresses, pairs of shoes, jewelry pieces, etc, we do offer a percentage discount depending on the value of the order.

Please note that these discounts won’t be automatically applied at checkout when you shop with us online. We calculate discounts for orders of multiples on an individual basis which takes into account the product and other factors. The best way to get your hands on the best deal is to contact us! 

Most of the wedding shoes and handbags on our website can be dyed to a color of your choice using our bespoke service. However, we recommend that you check the product description of the desired item to confirm this or contact us if you are unsure.

We offer a fast and efficient Shoe & Bag Dyeing on our Rainbow Club, Perfect Bridal, Pink Paradox, Harriet Wilde and Freya Rose shoes to help you create the perfect pair and show your true colors!

Please note: All of the Benjamin Adams shoes in this season’s collection are non-dyeable.

Our Shoe & Bag Dyeing service is the perfect way to create a pair of wedding shoes, or iconic accessory, that embodies your unique style. The beauty of this service is that you can have your chosen shoes dyed to any color you choose.

To do this, all we need you to do is provide a swatch of your desired color. This can be a piece of fabric, paint card, pair of shoes, dress, or a reel of thread. From there, our clever color match team will create the perfect blend that matches your shade and hand apply this to your chosen pair of dyeable shoes.

If you aren’t sure what color you’d like to dye your shoes, we can also provide you with a color chart of premade shades to help you!

Our Shoe & Bag Dyeing service is offered for any dyeable shoes or handbags purchased from the brands we work with. This includes: Perfect Bridal, Rainbow Club, Pink Paradox, Harriet Wilde and Freya Rose.

Provided your shoes are from any of these brands and are made in a dyeable fabric, we can absolutely dye them for you!

To do this, simply give us a call and chat to our team about it. We’ll get it sorted out for you as soon as possible.

 

All Lace & Favour orders are shipped via FedEx. Customers in the US can choose from either our Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) or Express Delivery (1-2 working days).

Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on the items ordered. We do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you quickly, however certain bespoke items can take longer. For up-to-date information on shipping time guidelines by product, please refer to our Delivery & Returns page or take a look at the detailed product descriptions for the item you would like to purchase.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking reference number which can be used to keep track of your order’s progress.

You can do this by entering your FedEx tracking reference number here.

All orders from Lace & Favour are shipped via this method and will require a signature on arrival to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel.

Questions About Your Order

If you have any questions or queries regarding the status of your order, in the first instance we recommend using your reference number to track your order via Royal Mail.

We offer high-quality gift wrapping for all our products, whether you’re shipping an item directly as an engagement present or just want to get your gift delivered all ready to hand over to the happy couple.

Many of our gorgeous wedding hair accessories and jewelry are already packaged in beautiful presentation boxes to keep them safe and secure. But we can go one better, wrapping your chosen gift up in gorgeous wrapping paper topped with a bow and personalized gift tag.

We know that, for some brides, the overall experience of visiting a boutique to try on wedding gowns, bridesmaids’ dresses and accessories is part and parcel of the whole experience. Which is why we launched our very own Lace & Favour retail showroom!

Located in Crowborough, near Royal Tunbridge Wells, the boutique is home to a huge selection of wedding and occasion shoes, wedding, prom and bridesmaids’ dresses, veils, hair accessories and so much more! Our studio is basically a one-stop shop packed full with beautiful wedding goodies!

What To Expect

The Lace & Favour boutique is a firm favorite for bridesmaid’s dresses, prom dresses and flower girl dresses, along with gorgeous bridal accessories.

When you visit us, you’ll have the chance to see and try on our fabulous selection of styles and colors, to help you discover the perfect choice for your occasion. When you’ve found your dream gowns, we can arrange for any alterations to be carried out, as well as introduce you to a number of beautiful jewelry, hair accessories and more to compliment it!

Bespoke Services

Many of our wedding accessories, including veils and hair accessories, can be customized to your preferences thanks to our bespoke services.

We offer a wide range of customisation and bespoke services including handmade bridal accessories, bespoke headpieces, jewelry and veils, shoe embellishments and a dedicated shoe and bag dyeing service.

Visit Us

We love welcoming brides to be and their bridal parties into our boutique. To allow you time and space to enjoy all that we have to offer and give our full attention to you, we ask everyone who would like to visit us to book an appointment in advance.

We understand that wedding shoes are an integral part of your big day style - and there’s so much to consider. Much more than the overall look, in fact! Fit and comfort are both super important, especially when it comes to a pair of shoes, you’ll be wearing for hours upon end on your wedding day!

We hold stock of over 70 beautiful shoe styles at our studio in East Sussex, so why not visit us and try before you buy? We would advise that you call in advance prior to visiting to check we have the shoes in stock, if only to avoid a wasted trip. However, if we don’t, never fear! We can order them for you and arrange for you to visit us another day to try them on before you commit!

If you aren’t able to get to our studio, we offer a comprehensive returns process and are able to exchange shoes for a different size or color if requested, providing they have not been hand colored or worn beyond being tried on.

When it comes to your wedding shoes, you should feel like you are walking on a cloud from the aisle to the honeymoon suite. To help with this, we stock a variety of shoes in lots of different designs, all available in a range of sizes.

We also have a dedicated range of wide fit wedding shoes available to buy, with designs from world renowned wedding designers including Perfect Bridal, Pink Paradox London, Rainbow Club, and Rachel Simpson.

Whether you’re dreaming of a pair of classic ivory satin heels or pretty as a picture Mary Janes to complement your tea-length dress, you’ll find your perfect match with wide fit wedding shoes from Lace & Favour.

If your wedding shoes arrive and they don’t fit or feel comfortable, don’t panic!

At Lace & Favour, we make returning and exchanging your items quick and easy. Simply fill out our online returns form, print off the returns label, pack up the shoes and send them back to us.

If you would like to exchange your shoes for another size, let us know on the return form and we will arrange for a new size to be sent out to you. If not, once we’ve received your return, the amount you paid less the cost of the return will be credited back to your account within 7 working days to your original method of payment.

Please note: There are some items on our website that are non-returnable, including dyed and bespoke wedding shoes. Please refer to our Returns page for the full list.

 

For each pair of wedding shoes and occasion shoes listed on our website, you will find the heel height listed in the ‘Product Details’ section. For your convenience we include the measurement in both centimeters and inches.

Heel height is measured from the bottom of the heel to the point it connects to the shoe. We provide this information to help you choose the right heel height to complement your gown.

Yes! We offer a fast and efficient shoe dyeing service on a wide range of our wedding shoes.

Brands that we currently offer shoe dyeing for include shoes from Rainbow Club, Perfect Bridal, Pink Paradox, Harriet Wilde, and Freya Rose.

Before you use our shoe dyeing services, we recommend that you purchase the shoes you’d like dyed in the desired size and try them on. Then, once you’re satisfied with them, send us back to us along with a swatch of your desired color. We’ll take care of the rest!
