Returns & Exchanges
How we process and handle returns and exchanges for both UK and international customers.
UK Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from Lace & Favour. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided it is in its original, unused condition. We will issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge, minus a small returns fee of £3.50 (if our returns label is used). We can exchange an item for a different size/colour if requested, at no additional charge. Please see a list of our non-returnable items below.
Returns via Royal Mail: To make the returns process easier, we offer a Royal Mail returns label to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland customers. If you wish to use our returns label, £3.50 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
How to Return Your Order

Complete our Online Returns Form. Once complete, you will receive an email confirmation.

Enclose your dispatch note within your returned parcel.

Return your parcel to the address below or use our Returns Label.

Print off your returns label and attach it to the outside of the parcel.

Take your parcel to any Post Office. Please remember to obtain proof of postage. We strongly advise retaining the receipt until the item(s) are refunded, as this enables us to trace your return.
Once we've received your return, the refund will be processed within 10 working days from the date that your order is marked as 'return received'. The money will be credited to the original method of payment.
Haven't got a printer? Don't worry. You can take the QR code you received via email to a Royal Mail Delivery Office or Post Office and they will print the label for you!

Exchanges
We offer FREE UK exchanges. Please submit your exchange request via our online returns form and select exchange. Then in the box provided please confirm the size you wish for the exchange pair. Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size/colour. This service is currently only available in the UK. If you require a different product please place a brand new order. For international exchanges we recommend that you return the order you have a place a brand new order separately.
International Returns
At this current time, we do not offer a returns label for international orders. Please return the item(s) to the returns address below. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service, for your own insurance. Please ensure you clearly label your parcel as a 'return' for customs purposes. This will avoid any deductions to your refund. We will not be responsible for any customs charges.
Faulty items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience it may cause. Please inform us as soon as possible and we will rectify the issue straight away. Please email [email protected] providing images of the item.
